Lime: Deutsche Version (German Version)
Ganz besonders möchten wir Herrn Reinhard Krawulsky danken für die Anfertigung der deutschsprachigen
Ausgabe des Benutzerhandbuchs und des Lime-Programms. Aufler seiner
umfangreichen und sachverständigen übersetzungsarbeit hat er mit großer Geduld die vielen
änderungen gemacht, die wärend der Entwicklung neuer Programmteile für eine nicht englisch-sprachige
Lime-Version notwendig wurden. Seine Arbeit wird nicht nur den deutsch-sprachigen
Lime-Benutzern zugute kommen, sondern auch zukünftigen ‹bersetzern von Lime in andere
Sprachen die Arbeit erleichtern.

About non-English versions of Lime:
- The Lime program and the Lime manual was translated to German by Reinhard Krawulsky.
- If you are interested in translating Lime to another language, please download the German version to see what needs to be done. In addition to translating the manual you will need to translate text used in the program; you can get a feel for doing this by looking at PhrasesGerman.txt. If you want to make a Spanish Lime, rename PhrasesGerman.txt to PhrasesSpanish.txt, and replace German translations within that file with Spanish. Be careful to maintain the strict file format, and special characters embedded within text.
- Lime reads the PhrasesXxxx.txt file each time it starts up, so you can easily test your changes. Lime will revert to English if it cannot find the the PhrasesXxxx.txt file.
- Please contact us if you do a translation; we would like to publicize your work, and avoid duplication of effort.
